Heart Attack Early Warning Signs Might Be Noticed Up To 6 Months Before An Actual Heart Attack.

Heart attack early warning signs may be noticed between one week and six months before an actual attack.

The common early heart attack warning symptoms include:

  • Shortness of breath
  • Fatigue
  • Pain between shoulder blades
  • Mild chest discomfort
  • Indigestion
  • Sleep disturbance
  • Anxiety

Because most people only associate severe chest pain with a heart attack these early warning signs are usually ignored, even though when you think about it, certainly the first four are logical.

Studies have revealed some common early warning signals of a heart attack.

However, very few people would link these symptoms to a possible heart attack.

During the six - eight months before I suffered a heart attack, I personally experienced the first three.

I would have such severe pain between my shoulder blades that the only way I could get any relief was to stand with my back against a doorframe and push as hard as I could.

The pain would subside within 5 – 10 minutes and it never crossed my mind that it might be an early warning signal of a heart attack.

Shortness of breath is the most common heart attack early warning sign.

I experienced the heart attack in February and had suffered shortness of breath over the previous three or four months when I was walking, but I just thought it was due to it being a bitterly cold winter!

    Don't gamble with you heart.

Most people would ignore the above symptoms, but the evidence is definitely there.

These heart attack early warning symptoms also often occur in a so-called “Silent Heart Attack".

So if you are experiencing any of the above symptoms consult your medical advisor immediately.
